Bought a used van from Diego, he was extremely helpful, patient and friendly. He went the extra mile in helping me find an insurance agent for the van. The van was taken in for an alignment and I was told it could not be done as the van needed front end work and suspension work , the quote is $ 1000 to be done next week and I was told it should not have passed inspection
Several months ago my beloved 2012 Scion XB Release Series started to burn oil. Twelve years of service and never a problem. Unfortunately it started to get worse and I was forced to make a decision, spend money for a rebuilt engine or invest in a new vehicle. We went with a new vehicle option and was keen on the Kia Forte5 which we read excellent reviews and more importantly because it was a station wagon it had its own charm. After shopping around several dealers we got the fortunate opportunity to met Abdul (Ab) from Stouffville Kia and he immediately started to help me with my new vehicle. I bugged him but he said it was never a bother whenever I called about my new vehicle. Unfortunately the vehicle was very difficult to get and after further discussions with my wife and Ab a shiny brand new 2024 Seltos became available. It literally was not even on the docket to be available for sale but Ab offered it to me. And talk about timing , last Thursday the Scion gave up the ghost and died on the highway. Throughout this distressing time Ab and his staff , thanks Lucas, helped immensely to get the vehicle in my possession. It had been awhile buying a new vehicle and the staff at Kia Stouffville helped us through a very easy process and very happy to say we picked up our new, very charming 2024 Seltos today and couldn't be any happier. Sorry for the long winded story but this is how it happened. In gratitude , Ab and Lucas and all staff at Kia Stouffville thank you for the 10/10 service.
